Anyone ever heard of this??

I was talking to a old time coon hunter around here and he was telling me that certain time of the year a bobcat will smell like a coon any heard of this before

My dogs over the years have treed quite a few they were dogs that never trailed one but on certain nights just come treed with no track you go in there and they would have a bobcat.

My dog done the same thing other night first time he has ever done that but it would jump out of tree when we get close to tree the first time we went into it stayed the second time
