FS: Dual grand superman female

I have decided to sell Tracy. DOB 8/16/2007. She is a nice female directly out of Superman and a harry female. She's about 53 lbs and is in heat now but too far past to breed. She cycles regularly every 6 months almost to the day. I have owned her for about a year and bred her to Swag and she produced 5 big healthy pups. She has produced a total of 26 pups to date. One of those pups out of the litter before Swag's just sold for $4000. Her pups start early and the ones that got a chance are doing well. UKC and PKC registered.

She finished at a young age and ran up some impressive scores according to her previous owner. She won her cast at SETWD one year with a score of 1250+ but missed the deadline.

The good:

She's great in the kennel- she's a big baby and loves to be petted, rubbed and made over.

Great mother.

Independent. She will back but she will split and usually has the coon when she does.

Take her tonight and tree a coon with her- she isn't broke down, is in great shape and loves to hunt.

Has a good locate and good tree manners. Doesn't jack the tree, doesn't cause any problems that I have seen

Bawls on the ground, chops on the tree

The bad:

You aren't going to feed her in the same lot as another dog.

You have to trim her toe nails if you don't hunt her much (I have her in a kennel off the ground)

She has an average mouth, nothing flashy and nothing too loud. She puts a mouth on her pups though.

Will dig at the tree if she's been there a while. She doesn't quit treeing though

Will actually tree slick once in a while.

Likes to scratch her front right leg with her back foot and will sometimes scratch the hair off. She's been to the vet about it. On three separate occasions they said there is nothing wrong with her that they can find. Nu-stock takes care of it quickly. You can see what I am talking about in the bottom picture.

Is not a deep hunter alone. She will hunt out 400-700 yards alone.

I have not hunted her a ton but I have hunted her fairly regularly to keep her in shape. She is a nice dog and would make an excellent pup trainer or dog for a youth.

Let me be clear- I do not have to sell her and I sure am not going to give her away. I have a young female I am pushing and two pups that are ready to start. Tracy won't get much time in the woods which is why I decided to sell her. If I keep her, I will breed her again in the summer.

I'm not in a hard spot or need money, etc. If you have to wait until payday, until you sell your dog, ask your wife, girlfriend, side chick, parole officer, loan company etc then don't waste my time. I have been as honest as I can about this dog and you can take it to the bank.
