Tt15 charging question?

When my tt15 collar is charging should it have a blinking green light or a steady red light? I have 2 collars and I just notice ones doing each. Thanks for any help.

look at your contact points on the collar and see if one is dirty or tarnished. Clean it with some contact cleaner or rubbing alcohol.
