Gave him 125 mil Benadryl and a amoxicillin 500 any thing else I should give him?

What kind of snake. If it was a copperhead he should be fine. Rattler might wanna take him to vet.

I agree with Mike, if a rattler get to the vet asap, if copperhead, no big deal. Cottonmouth is a little worse than the copperhead but still not nearly as noxious as the rattler.
I vaccinate all my dogs with the rattlesnake vaccine. At $25/dose, it is cheap insurance but not a "cure all". If a dog gets hit behind the shoulder by a big snake that has not fed in a few days, can be problems.
