not much dog power tonight.

figured would be awesome hunt tonight but was pretty slow. fairly cool, nice breeze, dark as can be, and crazy early heavy dew. first couple drops dogs hunted awesome and covered everything. both drops old girls each opened couple times and acted like would fall treed but never did. pup opened on one run once. not sure what problem was, usually if either old girls opens gets job finished but not on them two. was frustrating.

next two drops got crap tracks going dogs moved slow as molasses. got two singles treed but it wasnt pretty or fast. doesnt happen real often but sure a head scratcher when dogs suck it up so bad when feels like perfect night.

this one minn tried reverting to youth and was up tree little ways when got in.

WHAT I BEEN SEEING DOGS RUNNING OLD TRACKs THE COON ARE OUT FEEDING ON BERRIES DURING THE DAY.

Berries... SURE are a TON of berries out our way! Yikes! CAn't imagine how FULL those coon get on them... I know Bob and I have eatten a TON of mulberries already. I think they are adddictive!
