Registration Question

I'm filling out my application for permanent registration and I was just wondering what the difference between the 4 generation permanent registration certificate and the 4 generation performance pedigree are? Can anyone give me a little insight?

I'm sure if you ask Russell on the registrations forum,,he will give you the answer,,and he answers questions very quick
