Hunt director rules

Was just told that there are some new rules and they need to take a test. Can anyone fill me in to where to see and read these new rules haven't seen anything posted yet. Checking because club doesn't have a master of hounds yet and don't want to get club in trouble

That's just a rumor. Hunt Directors are not required to take a test. Clubs should simply make sure that the individual is knowledgeable of the procedures for conducting a hunt and is capable of following through on them.
