False pregnancy

I have a female that was breed and due oct 9th she still is not showing very much if any is their a chance she not pregant she is producing milk but she not showing. What do you think she has had puppies before and had no problem with them.

I had a female that bellied up and you could milk her like a cow,yet she didn't have pups. I am not saying this is your case and I hope it goes well for you!
