Entering a dog in a hunt

What are the rules for entering a dog in a hunt without easy entry card. I have sent the papers in on my dog and would like to enter him in rqe this weekend. The former owner is sending me his card and should have by then. Do I enter it in his name or in new reg owners name. I know some things have changed but could not find the info I needed. Thanks

As long as the papers are in the mail just enter the dog in your name. It will cost an extra 5 bucks, Its called a conditional entry.
