Lost puppy papers

OK folks, please don't get mad at me for losing them. But I did. My 2 dogs are a year old now that I lost them on. Please again don't get mad and lecture me. I know I did wrong. Is their anyway I can get them back at this age or not. If I did get them could I still register them UKC. I hunt PKC a little so do you think I could register them as grade dogs or crossbreds, even though they are purebred black and tan.
