DC-40 slow to link-up

I have a 320astro system with 2 collars only 2 months old, one collar now takes 15 min. To link up the other one takes only 1 min. Any ideas why the one is so slow??? THANKS!!

Have you updated the collar? Usually if takes a long time to connect up collar needs to be updated.
