Redgy and the Valley Creek crew are hands down the best in the business, great friendly service and go beyond to help out their customers!! I have several of the mini pro series lights and have never had any troubles with any one of them, until recently I had a battery pack acting up a lil I didn't know how long I had the light but I talked with redgy he ask me to send it in, I was expecting to pay to get the pack fixed because I figure I was prob the reason the light was messed up in the first place, I heard nothing from them but three days after I mailed my pack in I got a package and a brand NEW mini pack!! I was very surprised!! Thank you so much Valley Creek that was beyond the call of duty but I really appreciate you guys!!

They do make a good light and they do have great service. My grandpa bought a Valley Creek 20v belt light in the fall of 2008. Within a few months the #3 setting on the switch quit working. Sent it in and within a week had it back with a new switch. Been going strong since and will still burn for days.
