Walker Female Found in SE Iowa

Found a walker female in Southeast Iowa. Guessing around two years old. No collar when I found her.

Lost dog

You need to see what the dog will do????

In South Georgia, lots of time, a person will give up on a Dog and just take the collar off and leave them in the woods. Does that happen in other Sates????? Also we have People who put puppies out side of the road!!!!

Mostly a lost dog will have a collar with name tag
