garmin astro 320 question
I bought me a new 320 the other day and i love it but it seems like the batteries don't last but 2 or 3 nights. I was wondering if anybody else was getting more out of a set of batteries or is this just normal? Any settings that should be changed? My battery save is on and i rarely use the backlight.
It does take a little more juice than the 220
It is a little bigger animal and the alarms are going to take more juice. I've said it before, but rechargable batteries should be used with the 320. In the alkaline setting, your low battery alarms will go off when the level drops to 40%. At this time, all of the other alarms disengage to preserve existing power. On the rechargable setting, it will allow you to use up all the power without disengaging the other alarms.
