Vannie will be laid to rest at Rest Haven Cemetery in Edinburg, Indiana on Monday May 3rd following an 11:00 AM burial service at Bond-Mitchell Funeral Home.
I will post Vannie’s full obituary when available.

Vannie L. Griggs Jr.
Vannie L. Griggs Jr. 63, of Morgantown, passed away Wednesday April 28, 2010 at the Johnson County Memorial Hospital in Franklin, Indiana. He was born on July 23, 1946 in Edinburgh, Indiana to the late Vannie L. Griggs Sr. and Lillian Campbell. He worked in the Heating and air conditioning industry. He was a member and served as president of the professional Coon Hunters Club and a member of ACE Conservation Club. He is survived by his Wife: Cathy (Thompson) Griggs of Morgantown, 4 Sons and their wives: Mike and Amy Griggs of Gastonia, N.C., Jason Griggs of Morgantown, Chris and Nikki Griggs of Nashville and Justin and Hannah Griggs of Bargersville. 11 Grandchildren: Ashley Gentry, Leah Gentry, Kristina Griggs, Cole Griggs, William Griggs, Braylon Ellis, Natalie Griggs, Madison Griggs, Jeramiah Griggs, Adalyn Griggs and Falon Griggs. One Sister; Judy Campbell of Mackville, Kentucky and 4 Brothers: Harold Griggs of Bengal, Charles F. "Fritz" Campbell of Edinburgh, Danny Campbell of Edinburgh and Bob Burton of Edinburgh. He was preceded in death by his parents, one Daughter; Sarah Gentry, one Son Nathan Griggs and a Granddaughter Jessica Gentry. Funeral services will be held on Monday May 3, 2010 at the Bond-Mitchell Funeral Home in Nashville. Rev Jim Brown will officiate. Visitation will also be at the Funeral Home on Sunday May 2, 2010 from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
Burial will take place after the service at the Rest Haven Cemetery in Edinburgh, Indiana....
