Anyone know of...?

Anyone know of a Bill Higgins? Maybe the name is close but not quite correct and maybe from the Utah area? Im looking at a dog who says Bill Higgins might be the breeder. If anyone does know of him what kind of dogs does he have and how are they. Any info. would be awesome thank you.

Guy said she was a walker but sure looked crossed up with a bluetick. She was a looker but I passed on the dog but am still curious to the breeding if anyone knows anything. Thank you.
