looking for land contract in michigan

we are looking for a land contract would like it to be with 45 mins of lansing in any direction. we have 3 horses and some hounds. i started my own buisness this year and have to wait for a year until i can get a loan for some reason. doesnt have to be anything fancy or if we can rent and talk about a rent to own option that would be appreciated. please send me a pm with info and i will get ahold of you. my gf trains and boards horses so a place suited for that we could make our payments easily with just the horse boarding. thanks and hope to hear from some one!!!!

I saw where a couple were for sale in Mason. Which is just south of Lansing. Ill double check the numbers for you.
