Ga State Youth Stud Auction Problems

I HAVE HAD SOME PROBLEMS WITH GETTING MY CERTIFCATE BACK AND I KNOW THEY HAVE CASHED THE CHECK BUT NEVER SENT MY CONFORMATION BACK...AND I HAVENT A CLUE HOW TO GET MY CONFORMATION BACK...ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRICAIATED...I BID ON TIMBER CHOPPER CYRUS BUT I DONT EVEN KNOW IF THEY KNOW I WON THE BID
