It depends if he's been wormed before. If he has once now and once in about a month. If not I would do every two weeks for a month in a half and then go once a month.

We make it a practice to worm our puppy litters at 6, 8, 10 and 12 weeks. Then once a month thereafter. Nemex II can be easily measured for accurate dosages. I believe it's 1 tsp. per 10 lb. of body weight. So, that's 1/2 tsp. per 5 lb., 1/4 tsp. per 2 1/2 lb., and 1/8 tsp. per 1 1/4 lb. Hope this helps. BTW we use a syringe rather than a dropper for better control in delivering the medication.
