world hunt entries

Ok why do all the hunt entries say morning round? Thought you could say 1 am 1 pm if you had 2 dogs? What if you only want to hunt after noon? So do you have to scratch your second dog or find a handler?
If I want to hunt afternoon round I have to come at 6.30 am and confirm for 4.00 entry?
