LOST PAPERS
Duplicate papers will only be issued to the last registered owner. That person can either send us a signed letter giving their name and address and the dog's UKC Registration number or they can complete a "Duplicate Application for a Single Dog" (available from our website or by calling our office). The fee is $10 for a "Temporary Registration Certificate" issued to the breeder or $20 for permanent papers issued to the current owner.
Papa
I think you probably can, what I would do is get an Act of David, from the UKC registrations forms and also call UKC and talk to one of the good women in the registraion department.
Also have ya $20 saved up. lol
