why did you delete my posts

I have been waiting for 2 months now since I paid you for my pedigree.
Do you treat all your customers this rudely?
I paid why will you not send what I paid for?
You keep saying you sent well they are not arriving.
Why don't you send one signature required?
What could I possibly gain from telling you they did not arrive?

You have my money have now for 2 months.
WHY WHY WHY will you not complete the transaction?

When you talk about taking legal action against the United Kennel Club, then I am not allowed to respond. I was directed by my Supervisor to delete your post because of the content of the post. If you would have just asked me to check the status for you, I would have done that and told you that we sent you another pedigree last week and you should be receiving it sometime this week.

If it helps you find out what went wrong the date sent on the envelope that arrived was Sept 17.
Could have been handled better on both ends but all that ends well....
