moving question

I remember reading somewhere about moving or getting married......no I am not getting married........that this was done for free if the papers wheren't resent out? I have 5 dogs I need to have my new address changed in UKC records.......what is the proceedure? I don't need the papers changed at this date but would like to have any additional degrees come to the right address??
