Single Registration

I saw a question on the other board before this one got up and running about the chip number and which digits to use. The last nine was the answer. Are those numbers supposed to go in the spot for Brands/Tattoos, or is there a different space for them? Also, am I supposed to note somehow that the numbers are specifically for a chip? Thanks a bunch.

The microchip numbers would go in the spaces indicated for Tatoo or Brand.
