Coonhound Training Pens

Hey i was just wanting some of yall's input on what is the best way to make a coon pen for hunting pups in that is effective and holds the coons in good. Any advice would be appreciated.

6 feet tall chain link with a strand or two of electric wire around the bottom and a strand around the top. Keeps the coon from climbing out

what about shocking the dogs if they come up to the electric wire of the fence.
