My thread about I don't have the energy any more I thought everybody was being really polite and thoughtfull and helpful I went outside to mow came back in and poof!!!

I doubt it had anything to do with your own posts. i'm willing to bet it was because there were entirely to many comparisons being made to other KCs. Some guy's can't seem to discuss dogs without campaigning for they're favorite reg.

Well I have enjoyed the ukc format for a lot of years will enjoy it a lot longer if at all possible buuuuuuutt they need to reinvent some things to make there selves to make it more attractive to the younger hunters take ada Oklahoma used to hunt 200 plus dogs a night now your lucky to get 60 also when sombody tells them there's somthing going on at major hunts that's not quite right because of maybe of who it is it might get swept under the rug they make enough money to hire field reps to monitor these things and treat everybody the same so if they are a little tender on some things they should be !!!!!!!!!!!!!

a couple weeks ago there was some guy on here obviously trying to get himself banned. Hillbilly56 said something to the nature of one minute he was there then POOF he was gone. Now every time a thread disappears we refer to it as POOFED.

Boy I don't know what was up last night but we ran three separate coons last night that ran like they did back in the rut and we walked a long ways on all of them, I am pooped

I didn't make it out last night it was a wash out and i'm sure it's been just luck i'm hitting the right spots at the right time but lately Iv'e been feeling like this is what it must be like in Indiana. My dogs are striking pretty much off the lead and getting allot of 200 - 250 yrd trees. I'm going out tonight for sure and now that I opened my mouth I have no doubt i'll have a night like yours.LOL

IDK about in TX, but around here this time of year coons are trolling the fence rows looking for turkey and quail nests to raid. that can make for some long tracks

We made two drops last night, 1sr drop dogs went over .6mile from where we were standing probably more like 800-900 yrds from where they struck. They wound up on the biggest poplar tree left in a big cut, thicker than the hair on a dog's back in there and if there was a coon I couldn't find it.
2nd drop was a whole different story dogs struck and burned a hot one about 300 yrds and wound up close to the other end of the field we dumped them at. We walked the edge of the field to the tree and had the coon.
Like I said in a post yesterday that second drop has actually been the norm around here lately.
