Here's some pics from our pre-super bowl party Sunday. Our new invention...a bar on skis. lol We still caught some fish. The gills on the bucket are 9.5 inchers.

One day me and my brother kept 11 bass 1 bluegill and the rest were crappies it was fun we kept 59 all together and threw probaly 30 back

Nice pictures! Just got into ice fishin this year, went for the second time today. Im just fishin some of the local lakes that are stocked with trout, caught 3 rainbows today and 1 the first day I went. Dont really know a whole lot about ice fishin and was curious to know a few things maybe you guys can help. I know it probably varies for the type of fish you are fishing for but whats the best depth for your bait, the very bottom or closer to the ice? Any particular way you should have your pole set up other than propped up and centered over the hole? And are you better to be fishing closer to the shore or in the deeper areas or channels? Im going to go again tomorrow or this weekend, Ill put some pics up.
