Shock Collar\what To Get
i folks. i have a tritronics judge that i bought in 96. it is a great system, but i want to get a new shock collar. any sugestions on what to get. tri-tronics, sportdog, etc... THANKS
TRI-TRONICS ALL THE WAY
I have a Tri-Tronics Classic 70 I've had a number of years and it serves me well. It is advertised as 1 mile range. I mostly use them for training and not breaking so this is enough for me. A two mile range probably would be better for someone wanting to break from trash. I have only used Tri-Tronics and I would recommend them to others but I'm sure there are other good ones available.

We have a Tri-Tronics Trashbreaker....it's supposed to have a 2-mile range, but of course I haven't tried to use it on a dog that's TOO far away, so I'm not sure if that's accurate or not. They might be kind of pricey but I'd say any Tri-Tronics product is a good one.
tritronics and nothin else, i know of a couple guys with sportdogs and they shock about 1 time out of every 10 times you hit the button!!
SHOCKER
I had a Sportdog 3200 and I liked it.. But now I use a Classic 70 G2 and it seems to be just as good.. I would recommend either of these two shockers...
