u know some peole like wrestlen and are going to ATTEMPT to get into it and besides most of it is real so ...if u dont have anything good to say dont say it at all!!!!

LOL!!! I remember about 15 years ago, we'd get about 2 full carloads of people together to go to the matches. Me, my secretary from work and her whole family, some old school buddies, and some of the guys from the firehouse. We'd buy out a whole row of seats in one section! One time one of my school friends and I dressed up like the Bushwhackers and stomped across the stadium parking lot. Kids thot we were the real deal! One time a nieghboring fire company hosted pro-rasslin as a fundraiser. In the one match the Heel was using every dirty trick in the book against the Babyface and was getting away with it. Then the Heel got out of the ring and started spouting off to the fans in the front row. Well this one old man(had to be about 85 years old) he picks up a folded metal chair and gets ready to whack the Heel with it! The Heel saw him just in time to jump in the ring and get away. Pandomonium was running wild! That old man was dead serious about teaching the Heel some manners! Woulda liked to see him connect with that chair!

At another match, the Heel had long hair about down to his waist. I shouted to the Babyface to give him a haircut. Some dame about 2 rows up jumped up, looked back at me, and told me to shut up, that she liked his hair. I stood up and told old Miss Thang that if i was in the ring, I'd be giving him a haircut one fist full at a time! She just laughed and the match went on.

Yup, had some fun times at the matches, just letting off a little steam!

Well, i hate to admit that i just watched about 15 minutes of this stuff. When i was a kid i lived for. Now i wonder just how dumb a kid i was to believe that any of it was real. I guess there's worse on TV but be danged if i can think of what it is. Maybe "Flavor of Love" HA

I remember all of those except for Thunderbolt Patterson. Ol Dusty Rhodes donated blood everytime he wrestled, especially against Rick Flair. And Abdullah the Butcher(the 450 pound wild man from Sudan) made everyone donated blood! I wonder if he ever wrestled Andre. Now that would me a match and a half!

I agree it's scripted. And I'm not a fan, but it's a little more real than some might think. When they have a tac match, they are wrestling on tacs. They really shen blood and they really get very serious injuries. When someone does a backflip off a cage, they really come down hard. There is no faking that. There are alot of punches that you can see the guys foot hitting the ground to cause the big booming sound. No one is stupid enough get bounced off a rope and fall right into a back body drop. But it's real enough that I'd never want to get in the ring.lol.
