climate in your area

was just reading another thread and wondering how many of ya'll have had a frost yet and where your at.
we haven't had one in N W La yet and some of the leaves are just showing a touch of color.

No frost here yet Chad, supposed to tonight. 50 ish all day today. Been running around 75-80 degrees for several weeks.

Been around 75-80 daytime and 55-60 nights here last week or so. Today it has only made it up to 46 and supposed to get around 29 tonight. I can smell doctors visits in the future if it keeps going up and down like this. Leaves are falling off as fast as they re changing colors too. I'd say in a week or so most should be off especially with a good wind or rain.

I am originally from Pittsburgh PA, and we certainly have 4 very distinctive seasons. Fall and spring are the nicest, winter can get nasty, and summer can get hot. One thing though is it is one of the most overcast areas in the US. THey get alot of rain and or snow.

I just got finished living and working above Charlotte NC, and man their climate is the berries. It can get hot in the summer, but the rest of the year is just beautiful. It is about 75 and not a cloud in the sky right now.

We had our first good frost last night 26 degrees, some snow and icey roads up in Northern Iowa. Really, really windy here though, been itchin' to get the dog out be he goes real deep and I don't care to hunt him in the wind.

I aint seen any frost yet but tonight was one of the coolest nights we have had so far.It was actually cool enough to enjoy the hunting tonight.Supposed to be in the 30's over the weekend last I heard and our season opens the 15.So it should be great!!!

Funny you should ask!

Freak snowstorm here last nite.....32 degrees with the Buffalo airport closed, close to 200,000 without power from heavy snow on the trees, power lines down, thruway closed, schools closed, 18" of snow north of me, another 12 expected!

Gonna get up to 50 today so a good melt but tomorrow is opener for bow I may be wearing my winter camo's!!!!!!!!

Report on Crazy Michigan Weather....

On October 12 it was snowing as if it were December! At first it was just a few flurries then big hail-like snow flakes fell. It was crazy. Not to mention cold. Makes for good deer hintin' though

33 degrees here got first frost last night,good coon hunting weather.

It was 30 down here where I live.Wind came in strong.Went out fast.Seen 2 coon last night that was it.I am hoping it stays cold.

I had frost on my dog box tonight when I got back to the truck.Thats the first frost of the year for us.Alot sooner this year than it has been in a long time!
