That you say that. I was just gonna post how good the service was. I called yesterday and was put through to Field Operations, and was on hold for maybe 15 seconds. And my issue resolved in less than a minute. I say great job!!!

Mike you must be good friends with them. I find it so annoying to call UKC that I quit calling. On hold for over 10 minutes 4 days in row before I hung up. I just wanted to give them some money to performance sire a male dog. To heck with it if they don't want my money. A month ago I called 3 days in row and same thing

YOU Can do it on here, on line, with a Credit or Debit card. Fill Form Out & Send. They should send you a confirmation by your E-Mail Info submitted with the payment. Print you a copy before sending.

I got threw the first time I tried about 3 weeks ago,and the last time I reg. a litter of pups I sent the UKC & pkc papers in the exact same time and the UKC papers got back to me at least 7day sooner!

There probably are forms on the computer. I simply prefer if I am going to spend my money with someone that I speak with a live voice. Call me old school. I guess the world has changed to forms on the computer. I know my little amount of money being spent don't amount to much but if I can't talk to a live body in a timely fashion I will keep my money.

Nothing wrong with that. But when you call you have them fill out the paperwork and I guess that would just make the next guy have to wait on hold. Now I see why there are wait times when calling. Maybe they do need to hire some more people.

Ukc is stuck in the caveman days with there mailing letters back and forth.In today's fast pace world a phone call or e-mail is the way to go.I was on hold for 45 mins last time over $5.Im sure they try hard but need to improve there methods of communication. Jmo

I have tried 4 days in a row to get through stayed on hold for a total of 50 minutes on 4 calls still no answer call pkc they always answer on first try. They might be busy but I run a business also there is no,excuse for that kind of service they must have caller ID for their customers that matter to them. Don't mean to make anyone mad but that is how it is

Worst customer service ever. Been trying to get papers on a dog they said I checked the wrong color box. I ve sent them 4 different pictures 4 times and still nothing. Makes a guy not want to hunt in another ukc hunt!!!!!!!!!!!

called today an got right throu... if i call right after there is a big hunt or a breed hunt sometimes it takes awhile.. but never too long.. they got alot going on there not just hounds

I have called several times , to confirm or change hunt info and my call goes right thru. Its probably the department,(Dog Registry) that your having to deal with. I wonder if UKC Registry is of all DOGS or if they have different catagories. I bet that all UKC dog papers for all breeds are handled by one area and that they are short handed in that area, I also think that the Hunting Department is a small piece of the pie for UKC.

Waited over 20 minutes one time and another time nearly 30 mins and never got a response!! the way I look at it is there are other regeristrys than this one. Never had to wait on the others at all!!!!

I am amazed to hear that I don't have to call UkC that often but I have never not been able to get thru and usually get great customer service.

My only catch 22 is Allen gets tired of talking to me lol

I never have a problem but I don't set myself up for letdown either. I use the reg board whenever I can and if i DO have to call I do it when I have the time, put my phone on speaker and lay it down until somebody picks up. "problem solved" IMO

I have had to wait, but once I get through they have been nothing but helpful and professional. They take care of the problem and I guess that's why the next guy may have to wait a bit. I would like for them to change the elevator music they play when on old, it is HORRIBLE!!!!!!

Don't call much never to much of wait all thou that music is awful ten seconds of that stuff and it feels like hours in about 20 seconds in to that crap and I am pissed not it must be some form of torture for coon hunters maybe we need.to send in recordings of.does.running and.treeing or songs like Johnny Horton Slewfoot
