Getting ready for the zones

Coon were moving good last night in the cool weather. Made 3 trees in about an hour and seen 3 coon.

But the next picture you take I would like to see what the condition of the ground your hunting in. I want to see the 60 ft. bluffs, Multiflore rose bush's, woven wirefence, and some waist high weeds and crap. I have been trying to put my hound in the worst places I can think of. I don't like hunting this way but I have to for one more week.

We call that "Home" ........... Some are gona get'ta hunt in it cuz thats what we got & hunt. Not that bad unless your dog stays in the rocks

....

I hunt where the coon are. Big corn fields with fence rows and big sections.

Some dogs lose their mind when several coon take off different directions in a corn field.

I also like to hunt big bean fields and thos can really give a a dog a hard time but I will not tollerate a dog that gets in the beans.

Well that's why we are going to the Wis zone, so we can hunt the golf courses!

were hunter freindly up here, sometimes the coon are not!! so far only one person has fallen off the arthur bluff and he survived!!LOL

I've only had a dozen or so issue's with them bluff's & the loose soil. Them coon can get ya in some awsum places where they end up treed.

I got laughed at again

Well the two punks did it to me again, Todd and BUBBA06. We goes up to the goverment ground and there it is a big bean field. Dumb like we are we turn Agile and Buddy loose. Agile gets treed to the right and buddy deep to the left. Agile climbs tree again about 25 foot and falls out. OUCH. I said take her back to the truck I'll go get buddy. Wow what a hike and splash. I got about a half mile from the truck and there was the creek. It was running just as still as the Mississippi. I took a deep breath and piled in. I called Todd told him where to pick me up, sweating soaking wet and P.O. As they where laughing at the old man do you know what they said. The hour would have gotten you in the hunt. Now ask me if I care.

Its just a good thing that dentre has one of them fancy new lights thats only on his head. That was one less thing to worry about when he went for a dive. I show up ready to hunt and old dentre just wants to go swimming all night!
