Yep Oklahoma Sooner Cooners Youth Championship

saturday July 30th at Stigler, Ok 74462

fishing tournament starts at 12-3 pm
we will provide all the minnows and worms just bring a pole
large award to the winner of most fish caught

YEP class starts at 4 pm. all kids must attend the class manditory

YEP bench show at 6 pm

YEP nite hunt at 8 pm

large awards will be given to all bench show winners and 1st-5th place in both age groups of nite hunt. all participant will receive participation awards. all winners will recieve other goodies to be given on site.

all food and drinks will be FREE all day and night

all entries will be FREE

come help us support our future of coonhunting, the children of the next generation.

by the phone calls i have had seems we will be having another great turnout this year. thanks to all of the parents that support their children. i hope this event will be one for the kids to remember.

whats the age limit on the yep? and afterwards is the show ukc and ukc hunt? So the kids dogs have to be ukc reg?

Age limit is 17. Yes, the events are UKC licensed and the dogs must be UKC registered. The Youth Event rules can be found in the back of your rulebook and also on the UKC website.

todd my daughter wants to show our 6 month old pup we sent papers in last week havent got them back yet. can she show her using the new $5 extra thing? we dont have the papers back yet?

No....the conditional entry does not apply to dogs on their temporary pup papers. But your papers have been sent in so what you can do is call our registration department on friday afternoon before the event to see if the transfer has been done. If the transfer has been done, then yes, you could enter the dog on a conditional entry.

the more the mary!!! we will have lots of folks there to help with the kids. the kids will have a blast. the tent company is setting up the tent tomorrow. we have a great location at the lake for it with beauitful scenery. we will have huge blower flans under the tent keeping everybody cool.

folks don't miss the opertunity to do something for your kids. our club has worked hard to make this event a great one for our youth. where else can you take your kids to the lake, eat for free all day, and let them have a great time with other children, and all of that absolutely free.

help support the youth. sacrifice one day just for them.

fishing tournament was tough and very hot, but these young ones managed to catch 37 fish.

the weather was brutal, but we managed to have 35 ukc entries. i was extreemely proud of the kids, our sponsors, club members, and all of the parents for making this a great event.
