2014 NC State Hunt & Show

We are having our memorial table again this year. If you know of a NC hunter/show person that has past away since April 2013, please contact me. We would like a picture(s) and a short bio for each to be displayed. thanks

Time is getting short...the 2014 NC State Hunt & Show. We are once again doing the sponsored baskets. We will leave the price at $25 this year. If you are interested in sponsoring one, please let us know. We can do a basket of your choice, you can donate items for your basket in lieu of money, or we will put one together for you. There will be a card attached that names the sponsor (person, kennel, business, etc) and the contents of the basket.

This year the event is on Easter weekend (April 18-19), so I know that will hinder some folks. If you can make it, please come.

Southern States will be a sponsor and donate some feed to the winners.

For the Show, we will have the following Classes:
Registered
Champion
Grand Champion
Duals
Pairs
Kids

Prizes will be awarded for all breed winners, each category winner, overall & opposite sex.

Category winners: tote bag, feed, stainless steel dog bowl, grooming brush, shampoo, spray bottle, slobber towel, NCCHA sticker, paw print welcome mat, engraved photo frame

Overall show winners: embroidered chair, gift card, engraved photo frame, grooming kit, dog collar, lead, poopy bags w/ holder, special gift, other items to be determined.

We will also be having a drawing immediately after the show (in the ring) for every show ENTRY, you will be given a ticket for the drawing. This will be for both Friday and Saturday. Pics of prizes to come.

BSJ confirmed for State show: Darryll Brown and Johnny Chapman. Please come out and show your support for these great judges. We have another fantastic event planned with a multitude of amazing prizes. Come and enjoy!

well, with the exception of feed (or a sponsor for it) we have all the kids, show and hunt prizes completed.

we are now working on the youth event and prizes/gifts for them. If anyone wants to donate to that cause, please let us know.

Eva will be setting up at So. English Days with raffle tickets for a gun, English picture, and taking sponsors on baskets.

I have updated the list of baskets. we have all the items and are working on putting them together. this year we have 38. that's the most we've had since starting this. hopefully there will be something there for everyone.
