running dog classifieds
i was just wondering why there is no running dog classifieds forum? Is there not enough demand? Everytime somebody tries to post some ad for coyote or hog hounds on a biggame classifieds forum a moderator gets on there and says "tree hounds only". just wondering if anyone has any idea why there is no running hound classifieds section yet then?

i`d love to voice my opinion, but i`m sure they`d ban me. one things for certain, they think if someone is running yote with a hound, it must not have those special ukc papers. if your looking for a place to sell or buy a running hound, pleasse check the link below.

3 out of my 4 hounds that I run on yotes have papers. They also run bear all summer and fall. Then switch them to coon when bear season closes. I think there are alot of guys that use running dogs on coyotes and other game that could use a page like that.

I think it would be a great idea if ukc would start a coyote hunting section or do it right here on the big game section,
there are plenty of guys that use ukc registered hounds
or crossbred hounds. I see in other sections on here where
people are selling grade dogs for coon and biggame, whats
the difference?
Tree dogs are ment for treein game n not running game. Ukc doesn't register foxhounds which most people hunt coyotes with they are registered threw the CHASE or the HORN . So I'm guessing that's y u don't c a forum 4 just coyote hounds.

Tree dogs are ment for treein game not running game. Ok, many of our bear chases last 3-4 hours with tree dogs in pursuit. I have a grade walker that came from running stock and he trees coon harder than my registered treeing walker female. My bluetick comes out of good bear dogs from the U P and he will drive a coyote for 5 hours. Its just having a dog with the desire and want to chase game. That running dog made a better coon dog than a coyote hound. But these are just our opinions and the UKC has the final say. Ben
Yotes aint big game
either are bobcats

Why not have a vote to see who would be for it?
There are plenty of guy's running U.K.C. registered hounds on game that does not tree, or run multiple species........
I know it would be nice but its like ordering a hamburger at tacobell. They don't make em.

Last I checked American Foxhounds are foxhounds and UKC does register them.

running dogs
I dont think having papers on a certain dog makes him qualify or not qualify for anything. I belive having papers on any type of dog is just a big money racket. Any time you can register any hound crossed with any other hound or other breed what is the purpose of paying someone else to honor it by printing it on a piece of papper.
In my part of the country there are some registered coon hounds that are used for deer hunting. I have an english that I run on deer. Great hound. He will die of old age at my place. And yes he is registered with ukc. I can see where a forum for running hounds would be practical.
lexuslelly sounds just like alexus. I think he got banned for posting garbage posts all over different forums!
