lost one of the greatest

sundown mark v's king died today, even at 12 yrs old he could still get it done, he is the foundation of buceye kennels, he will be deeply missed.

RIP ole buddy

He was the sire of the best beagle I ever owned. And I can show you many grand pups out of him that can flat get it done. And they don`t have to cut and slash to do it. Lee I know it left A lot of good memory`s. In time the hurt will go away but the memory`s will be there for ever.

Ive ran with and against King MANY TIMES even before Lee owned him and it was a pleasure to watch him run EVERY time. He made his mark and will live on forever in our pedigrees and thoughts. RIP old friend. You will be deeply missed.

Sorry to hear about y'alls loss Lee and Jerry. Dad was just talking today about the day him and Arthur come up to run with y'all and the show King put on the day.. He rubbed Lacys head on Kings for luck and the next weekend qualified her for the world. LOL! King has definately made his mark on this sport and will surely be missed.

King won the first cast I ever judged! That dog left a big impression on me! Amazing dog! I remember Lee telling me "well if he does'nt win today he's still going rabbit hunting when i get home"! great dog! sorry to hear!! Wish I could've seen him run more.
