Canadian Autumn Open Event Schedule

FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 9th, 2016

Raffle draw For 1 LEM 8 headlight, 10.00 per ticket (Draw to take place before night hunt entry 7:45pm)

Purina hunt 8pm deadline $25.00 entry fee

First place Grand Nite, Nite Champ, Registered prizes

Kids FREE bingo 9:15pm prizes for all!

50/50 draw to be held at 7:45pm

Raffle tickets for various prizes

SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 10, 2016

Raffle draw For 1 LEM 8 headlight, 10.00 per ticket (Draw to take place before night hunt entry 7:45pm)

Annual club meeting 12:30pm

Bench show 1:30pm

Kids FREE duck race with PRIZES to be held at 3:00pm!

Adult duck race to be held following kids duck race. First place will receive a LEM 8 headlight

I've hunted many of different states and I would have to agree with you Allen. Less bugs, undergrowth, temperatures and very few hills. Makes it much more enjoyable for the 8 months of the year we can hunt.

Yes, a passport is required. Process normally takes 6-8 weeks.

Dogs also need a valid rabies vaccination certificate too to enter Canada.

Very nice hunting out there. Doesn't look like I will prob make it out this year but hopefully when I have a dog again I'll make it back out

Coonhuntin don't get any better then Owen sound, Ontario and Harrison park is a beautiful place for the event. Used to be a lot of folks left Autumn oaks and spent the week in Owen sound. Heaven on earth for a coon hunter !

Your right Autumn, I forgot about the rabies vaccination. It is required to be an up to date original signed certificate by your vet and also has to be in the dogs system for 30 days prior to entering Canada.

U.S Dollar

Hi Kenny, not as expensive as you think. The savings with the way the dollar is at this point in time would be the year to to consider it. Roughly, believe it or not would be close to 30% savings. Just make sure you fill up before you cross the border. The price of gas here has you digging a little deeper in your pockets.

Enhanced drivers license

You can also enter Canada using an Enhanced Drivers License...and you can get that much faster and cheaper than a passport (if your state offers them).
