What stud would you want a pup out of

We are going to be breeding our female in late november or early december. She is out of Moffetts W.C. Deamon and a Big D female and Bellars Handsome Ann(which is out of whats up doc and national champion bellars ann) If you don't know Moffetts W.C. Deamon he was born in the 70's and won the first pkc world was a GRNTCH in ukc and he won or placed high in just about every major hunt in 81 and 82. Russ Bellar was the one who bought this dog and campained him those years. This female has more world champions (acha, akc, pkc, ukc) than any dog alive. So im asking yall what dog you would like to see her bred to.

ive got a pup out of bawls thats 15 months old and doing everything i could possibly want in a dog. i will have another one outta him soon. that would be my pick

I would cross breed her to my dog. He has straightened out several of them like that and what they throw. I have heard of Mr. Bellar and his great dogs but the ones you mentioned just don't ring a bell. Musta been "flashes in the Pan, so to speack. Anyway, breed her to whoever says here is a $300 reservation fee .

Mr.Bellar also had Little Red , a crossbreed . She might remain in the hearts and minds longer than those aforementioned ones . And the pups will not be Red. LOL

What to breed to

I have a littermate sister to the Big D X Handsome Ann female and I bred her to Mojo and had good results. Recently bred her back to him. Should have pups in about 3 weeks. Hope they turn out as good as the last ones.

Posted by Caleb Wilson on 11-01-2011 02:22 AM:

Honestly we never considered BONE but i will throw it up to my partner we are pretty sure we are going to breed her to CLEAN this time and see how it goes but BONE would be a nice match on this female as well and i like his style also

Funny how the majority at 38% say other. Give Mr. Bellar all respect. but when I or you see Bellar's , this or that, It does not mean he bred it. He promotes the best he can get his hands on in order to win. If he did not he would not have promoted Little Red. There is a direct line of Mr. Bellars winning dogs but they are not related for the most part much less linebred unless it happened by someone else . His dog that wins this year ain't even closely related to his dogs that won last year unless you want to goback 7 generations to find that majic stud or bitch that was not his. Handsome Hank rings a bell , Cramers Cowboy rings a bell , Priester and Thomas' Man rings a bell , But the one you mention surely have not stood the test of time. They were big names one day and gone to blivion the next, and why anybody would be seaching it out beats me . I have been in the pan for forty years and ain't flashed yet. I saving it LOL for Virginity sake LOL.

Some of the dogs are not line bred and don't have bellars stuff close but the bellars ann is and whether or not they are line bred or not these dogs have a history of winnin and are bred to do so regardless of who bred them

I think the average person would have to breed the same bitch to all of them to see. Now the ones smart enough and has studied genetics enough to have an idea how they would all play out together might have an idea how they would cross.
Not knowing what they have been bred to and how the gene pool matched out on them you can't determine how the stud is doing.
A sory stud bred to a fine bitch will probubly throw some good pups in the litter.
A good produceing stud bred to a good produceing bitch ( if there genetics match up right) will throw a whole litter of good pups. Then to know if it did or not you have to get those pups all in good handlers hands.
