How can this happen in the US

ONE CROSS IN THE MOJOVE DESERT

OFFENDS SOMEONE IN OREGON WHO HAS NEVER SEEN IT, ENOUGH TO TAKE IT'S REMOVAL TO THE SUPREME COURT.

I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT THIS IS HAPPENING BECAUSE OF ONE JERK!

THERE HAVE ONLY BEEN 358,000+ HITS ON THIS VIDEO. IT NEEDS TO BE SEEN BY MANY, MANY MORE PEOPLE. PLEASE SPREAD IT AROUND TO YOUR ENTIRE ADDRESS BOOK. TO THINK ONE INDIVIDUAL, JUST ONE, CAN TAKE A CASE LIKE THIS TO THE CALIFORNIA SUPREME COURT AND GET A HEARING.

WHAT IS GOING ON IN THIS COUNTRY? WE, THE PEOPLE ARE LOSING OUR RIGHTS A LITTLE AT A TIME, AND WE ARE LETTING THESE SO CALLED CONGRESSMAN STICK IT TO US. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THEIR OWN WELFARE AND POWER. IT'S TIME WE ALL WAKE UP BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE.

WE SHOULD DO EVERYTHING WE CAN TO PREVENT THIS MEMORIAL FROM BEING TORN DOWN.

The Lady in the video said "it will shake my faith in our government if the memorial is taken down".

I lost faith in our goverment years ago.

If the aclu get this little memorial..which is in the middle of nowhere America taken down....the hypocritical United States Government may as well remove ALL Memorials Nation-Wide.

In politics...the one who is heard is who screams the loudest....more times than not....doesn't make them right.

If not, you need to wake up and see what is going on around you now instead of waiting til it's too late and wishing you could change it then! Religion is not a crutch for the weak and easily manipulated! Obama is!! And look at how he manipulated enough people to get elected! Govt is the answer? The answer to what? How we are going to be enslaved due to the debt they are racking up and enslaved by the healthcare system they are dreaming up! America dominating the poor and impoverished? this case has been ongoing for about 10 yrs. it deals with religious symbols on public land as the real issue contended by the aclu- the fact that it is a war memorial is a secondary issue.... sad state of affairs when something dedicated to the memory of those who served bravely and with honor is defamed.... yet in a free society all have the right to express opinions-thoughts-ideas even when not popular, if the ideas of those we oppose are supressed freedom has been lost... we do not have to ever support ideas we disagree with, but must support the right of others to express what we are in disagreement with or we cease to be a free society...
just food for thought....
