Anyone feed it. I feed the orange bag 26/20. I absolutly love it and the price is rite.

I tried to switch my dog's off of Purnia to Pride. I fed it for about 5 months but finally got tired of cleaning up 5 piles of crap a day out of the pens so I went back to Purnia ONE.

I feed black bag 24/20 and i keep my dogs on self feeders.

That's funny my dogs only have one bm a day. I feed the 24/20 and hunt my dog day and night and he looks good. Sometimes I'm ashamed of how little feed I give him. You may have been overfeeding. Ofcourse I never fed Purina so maybe it's better but I doubt it.

Same here justin, no mess in the pen. Just one pile a day. Feed them very little and they stay in really good shape.

PRIDE

I have tried them all and found that nothing is more consistant than PRIDE! One scoop a day = 1 pile a day and the price is good. I rotate orange one week black the next in the winter months and have fed the white in the summer just depends how hard they get hunted! No complaints here. Now the puppy feed I am against. Seemed to get alot of hot spots and seemed there legs would grow faster and get knee problems and I tun them out everyday to run. Now all the pups here eat the tractor supply pup feed and are doing really good no problems. Has anybody else fed tractor supply feed?

pride is the best dog feed out there as far as im concerned, been feeding it bout 8 yrs, (black bag 24/20), an i reccomend it to everyone. maybe 2 plyes of crap a day, dogs never run out of energy, look good an slick, an $19.29 a bag. it is very hard to beat.

I've fed pride fore about 5 years now and no complaints here. The black bag 24/20 in the winter and the white bag in the summer. They dont crap all over the place like they do on black gold.

I just switched my dogs to the black bag (24/20) about 2 months ago. I was feeding purina one lamb and rice before, so far my dogs look good and cleanup is minimal I wish I would have switched years ago. I was paying $35 for 44# of purina now I am paying $19 for 50# of Pride and I really believe I am feeding a better feed and not just paying for a name.

I feed the Pro The green in the summer and the orange in the winter and my hounds look good all year long and they don't get hot in summer and stop treeing hard.

I feed 24/20 $18.75 a 50# bag.I feed very little compared to the other feed I have fed.Keeps my dogs looking good,hunting 5 to 7 nights a week.

I'm amazed to see what y'all are givin for 24/20..I must be getting it from the wrong distributor.
Here, its $21.00 a bag and I hope it doesn't go up again. Last increase was in February, up till then it was $19.00 a bag, before it was $18.00 a bag.

Back to the original question .. I've feed Pride, mainly 26/18 in the cold months.
I've recently switched to Sportmix and have no complaints. They still have only one pile a day and actually the odor isn't that noticeable like it was with the Pride..
For the money Pride is it...

I have fed the blue bag of Sportmix,it is good feed also,the blue bag of High Standard too.I personally dont think there is much difference in the 3 feeds,all 3 worked good for my dogs.But Pride is the best value buy 2 or 3 dollars a bag.

I use to really like Pride, but found so much inconsistency in the dogs stools. been feeding Hi-Standard for a good while now and really like it.
