Native Dog Food and summer hunting

Summer is just around the corner and soon we will be hunting in the 80 plus dgr temps.

If you want to be a constant winner in the hunts dont let something like poor nutrition in your dog food keep you from winning.

With NATIVE your dog will opperate cooler in the heat.

When other dogs are eating a less quality dog food that is filled with corn and by-products and getting hot and lethargic, if feeding NATIVE your dog will keep going and hunting to the best of their ability with a clear mind and they wont be looking for a water hole to drink out of or to lay in.

If your going to travel around and enter hunts wouldnt it make sense to have your dogs feeling the best they can day in and day out. Sure everybody gets lucky and can win a cast or two while feeding a poor quality dog food but if you want to win and be a constant winner in this sport you need to be feeding NATIVE !

Please call, text or email me and let me help put you and your dog in the winners photo.

Please remember to always give your hound clean fresh water every day.

i just wanted to say i have been feeding native level 4 for the last month and i can tell you that my dogs have gained more endurance and more drive than ever before while on native food so i will be switching from pro plan to strickly native and i would highly recomend native feed to all trialers who wants there hounds to have the best feed!! thanks again brandon for your help look forward to seeing you at nationals!!!!

Just want to say thank you guys for helping me with finding NATIVE food in my area. I have had my hound on NATIVE for a mouth now and she is doing well on it. She has energy, and Lot's of endurance. I will say something about this food that I have noticed if you don't work your hound it can gain weight fast. So knowing that this is telling me she is getting all the nutrients she needs and then some. I recommend NATIVE but I also recommend running your hound at least 3 to 4 times a week for a couple hours a day to keep the weight off. If you can do this your hound will be a winner "with some luck" we all know how that go's.

I'm not nocking the Native food.I'm sure it is a quality food. I just can't afford it. It is at least twice as much as the Diamond Naturals(26-16) chicken and rice I'm feeding. When comparing the ingredients they look very similar to me. I'm no chemist , but I think they are fairly close and I pay $23 /40lb. bag.Below is a comparison of ingredients. What makes the Native better (if it is) than the Diamond? I'm sure there are some differences. But Diamond is more affordable for me, and it's working good.

Native :

Again I'm not trying to bad mouth the Native feed. I was just curious as to the differences in these two formulas. I see subtle differences is all.

if anyone has doubts about this feed and how good it is contact brandon he will tell you all about it and i can tell you it is the best feed going ive had huge sucess with this feed!!!!

Native is very good feed but it is so expensive. Ive went back to purinia. Is purinia is good as native...Id say not but it is alot easier on the budget and purnia has the pro club that gets you some money back and to be right honest with you I really cant tell alot of difference in the field with my hounds. Native is high quaility and very healthy but for me not enough difference to pay 33-40 a bag( depends if you order by bulk or not for differnt price) and purina 20 a bag and get 4.1 lbs more of feed and i feed 1 cup ( the same as i did with native) and purinia with coupons and pro club a bag is about 14.50 abag of purnia. A bag of native does not last as long because its 40lbs results in field for me was not that much different. Just does not worth the extra money IMO. There is a big difference in 14.50 a bag and 33-40 a bag for no more results than I got. I have been a purnia guy for a very long time and i tried a few different things and I cnat pay 33-40 a bag when i can get a bag of purinia for 14.50. Purinia is not as high quality but my dogs do just fine on it. This post is not to argue or to stir or anything just posting what my experence has been on the product. Native is good but expensive. Not enough bang fo the buck.

Iam in the same boat as you , i keep goin back to purina , my dogs look really good on it love the taste and me and a neighbor talked about it today.. he said the old gravy train and purina was all he ever fed for years....10 years ago and beyond all we fed was gravy train...lol i got a pup on purina puppy chow now out of blitz ... hes 11 weeks old and hes a big dog, i feed him almost 4 cups total a day now of purina and each time he eats all his food... loves it and he looks good and plays all day long. . . oh yea forgot to mention... its not a super high cost either. you cant go wrong with this food ....read results not reviews, dogs happy iam happy. i dont care what you feed your dog in 80 degree heat because it dont matter , a hot day makes for hot dogs . in 80 degrees the dog knows one thing, ITS HOT. dogs been huntin for thousands of years. if want want your dog to be cooler runnin in 80 degree temps keepem hydrated jmo.
