Does that dog really have 12 HTX titles? If so that's really impressive. Along with being a Dual Grand. Someone has a heck of a coondog there.

Yes she does have 12 HTX titles ..she passed 36 out of 39 hunts..Getter also placed 1st this spring at RQE world..Placed 5th friday nite at zones with 69 or 70 dogs entered..She is alot of fun, and she likes it as well..

Can't figure why anyone would to need to enter a dog in that many HTXs. Looks like a whole lot of wasted money to me.

They most likely belong to a club and support it. We have HTX hunts at out club and the same 5 or 6 people show up . These are the same 5 or 6 people that you depend on to keep the club running. Most of the people around here show up for the comp. hunts do nothing to help any club. Most of the clubs are having a hard time surviving around here. We charge $8 to hunt HTX and may drop to the $3 the UKC charges . About the same as a bottle of beer and less the a pack of cig.

I dip.............in some folks eyes, like your opinion, a whole lot of wasted money. But I enjoy it and how I spend my money is no one's concern.

Val Nelson enjoys his hounds and entering events...........no one elses concern how he spends his money.

JMO, to me when folks start talking about HOW OTHERS SPEND THEIR money, the ugly "J" word is why someone would even mention money and how other folks spend their money. Again, JMO.

True about forums and opinions............it is shame that a man post a thread on his hound's accomplishments for someone to post their "opinion" about spending money basically a knock on his accomplishment.

I dont think it was a waste of money at all..I sold over 6000.00 of puppies on last 2 litters..i guess she kind of carries her own weight around and pays her own way..

Her pups are doing good off the people i have talk to,also to the people that is jealous, i was not bragging at all, i was lifting up the club members for all their hard work for the prizes that was donated as well.. keepin in the woods and dont be lazy and you can make a good hound...Little Walnut Kennels...if i listed all the hunts and shows i won that would be bragging..The only thing i lift up to man is the LORD JESUS CHRIST and my family and friends in prayer..nuff said..Nov 6 vote the Holy Bible, not your party.
