I was born and raised on the Alabama river in Wilcox county and ran those river swamps for many years. Stuck over here in GA now, I wish we have the hunting here like I had back home.

Wilcox

I used to pastor the Church of God in Pine Hill (Wilcox Co) I was there about five years (deer hunted but no coon hunting) didnt have a dog at the time...moved back to Empire Al (Walker Co) I currently have one Lepoard hound, two treeing Walkers, a Stephens cur that I coon hunt... the Lepoard is trained others are young started... be glad when deer season is over so it will open up some hunting spots... Be Blessed & good hnting

When were you in Pine Hill Bruce? I've been to several revivals at the Pine Hill COG. Not sure who the pastor was at the time.

I think it might have been '04 when we went to a couple of functions over there with the Camden COG.

I live about 30 miles south of Tuscaloosa. I mainly hunt National Forest land. We tree several coons a week when we have time to go.

Around Greensboro? Some of the best hunting I've ever hunted in the south was around them fish and crawfish ponds in Hale county. I used to really enjoy going to the Hale CCHA.

I live in Pondville about 25 miles north of Greensboro but we have hunted alot there and Eutaw. Good flat bottoms. We hunt mostly hardwood hollows and its a little hilly. I'm not really into hunting around alot of water if I can help it.
