Reg papers

I had sent my puppy papers in sometime last year but received a voicemail that I still owe $6. I have called a couple of times to be put on hold for over an hour. Is there any way I can pay this fee and receive my papers back without holding for this amount of time? Maybe I am calling the wrong department? You can also call me at any of these numbers, and I can pay over the phone. Thank you.

I just got off the chat on this sight asking about my papers I was charged $24 on 2/27 anyway after being on the chat in less than 5 minutes I was all done and I didn't even have the pups ukc number so the chat works
