Cast Breakdown

Pretty sure this was handled right but wanted to check again...Here's the situation. Only 4 dogs entered in a category (Nite Ch) and 2 of those are owned by the same guy. The decision was to make it (1) 4 dog cast but the guy who owned the 2 dogs wanted to split them and make (2) 2 dog casts. I know we try to separate dogs owned by the same guy but in this case..I think we did it right...1 cast and didn't need a second guide/judge.
What's the verdict?

Correct 1 cast. You can't make additional casts just because someone wants their dogs split up. Now if a 5th dog or more had showed up then you would separate the 2 dogs that had the same owner.
