Someone to see chaps on neoprene boot

Hey guys there is a hound supply place I can’t remember their name but I think they are in VA somewhere and I’ve bought boots and chaps from them before. They say if they don’t have the boot you want then send them the boots and they will sew chaps on them! Does anyone know who they are?
