Litter registration question

I’m filling out litter application. I don’t see a box to check for the performance program.

Do you have the Coonhound Litter App or just the generic application?

On this coonhound form, it is on Step 6: https://www.ukcdogs.com/docs/regist...application.pdf

If you have just the generic version, you will just have to include a note for performance registering the litter.
