Tt15 mini trouble help please !!!!

I have 2 almost new tt15 mini collars that’s throwing a question mark on my hand held have 1 collar that is fine both starting showing a question mark in the middle of a hunt , got one to connect by re adding the collar but it’s showing the collar floating back and forth 60 yards from we’re it should be ??? Any help is appreciated thanks

Got the collars all connecting now but it’s showing them way off from we’re they suppose to be I can connect them at my truck and it shows them 60 yards away??
