Show entry form question

I co-own a dog. His breeder is listed as the sole signatory. I filled out the additional owner form. The breeder is the only one on the papers, is this correct? I know with AKC they both are listed, so I want to make sure I did it correctly. I'm trying to fill out a show entry form and it asks for the owners name and address. Can I list myself as an additional owner or does the sole signatory info need listed there since that's all that's on the physical papers? It feels weird putting the other address on there since I'm the only one involved in the show. Thanks!

If you listed yourself as a Successor then both of your names would appear on the registration papers. As far as filling out the show entry form goes, that is a question for our All Breed Sports Department.
