Times Change!

I hope most of you on here have figured out that time changes things. Times is also the one thing that never stands still. It is always moving forward and if you don't move forward with it. Things that are happening today in the sport will be happening differently in a few years. Then you can say one or two things. I advanced with the sport. I have aged and am comfortable where I am at in the sport. Or say I just don't know what happened to the sport and it must dying. When your participation is dying, not the sport.

Example of this to better clarify my point about change. About 14 years ago when I decided to ramp up my business. I used the vendor board on this website for advertisement. Worked great, met a bunch of great people. Today you go on the vendor board from this website and post something. It stays on the top because the competition has moved on to other advertising media. Media easier to use, media with more coon hunters on it. I use other media also but have never forgotten my beginning which was here. Change is going to happen. My advice is to welcome it, just go with it if you feel led to do so, or create your own path. But don't be negative of those that choose to live in the modern world. Being 72 on Saturday surly doesn't align itself with me thinking that todays world is anything like I grew up in. But todays world is what I live in and I ain't done living yet. God Bless all of you.

Bruce I was 72 last Saturday. Been getting to hunt a lot and treeing coon every night. Yes a lot of things have changed, some for the good and some not so much, but I still enjoy this and am thankful to be able to do it.
